Yes. We aim to provide our customers with a flexible alternative solution to hiring an agency or an in-house designer, so you can cancel your service subscription at any time. Cancellations will be automatically set for the end of your billing cycle.
Yes. All our packages include an unlimited number of revisions.
Yes. The number of deliverables depends on the type of package you subscribe to. You can choose from our 20, 40 and 60 packages. We operate on a weekly planning basis. This means that we will prepare a week’s worth of recycled social content in a weekly planner format including any custom visual creatives. Once a weekly planner has been signed off, we’ll move on to creating the next one.
The completion and delivery time of an active weekly planner design request depends on the number of revisions required. The initial deliverable takes 1-2 days to complete.
A weekly planner request will be considered “active” as long as it is still being processed. Once a planner request has been submitted, it’ll be marked as “active/open”. After the initial deliverable, you’ll have the option to submit unlimited revision requests until you’re fully satisfied with the final deliverable. Once it has been formally signed off, the request will be closed and you’ll be able to open a new request.
