  1. Get onboarded and provide us with your brand and compliance guidelines and access to your existing content library and own media assets.
  2. Send us a brief and open a request for an “active weekly planner”.
  3. We create a week’s worth of recycled social content in a weekly planner format including any custom visual creatives and share it with you for approval. You can submit unlimited revision requests until you’re 100% satisfied with the deliverables.
  4. Once an “active weekly planner” request has been signed off and closed, we’ll move to produce the next one.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. We aim to provide our customers with a flexible alternative solution to hiring an agency or an in-house designer, so you can cancel your service subscription at any time. Cancellations will be automatically set for the end of your billing cycle.

Can I request any changes after the delivery of the assets?

Yes. All our packages include an unlimited number of revisions.

Are there any limits to the number of designs completed per month?

Yes. The number of deliverables depends on the type of package you subscribe to. You can choose from our 20, 40 and 60 packages. We operate on a weekly planning basis. This means that we will prepare a week’s worth of recycled social content in a weekly planner format including any custom visual creatives. Once a weekly planner has been signed off, we’ll move on to creating the next one.

How long does it take to complete an “active weekly planner request”?

The completion and delivery time of an active weekly planner design request depends on the number of revisions required. The initial deliverable takes 1-2 days to complete.

What is considered an “active weekly planner request”?

A weekly planner request will be considered “active” as long as it is still being processed. Once a planner request has been submitted, it’ll be marked as “active/open”. After the initial deliverable, you’ll have the option to submit unlimited revision requests until you’re fully satisfied with the final deliverable. Once it has been formally signed off, the request will be closed and you’ll be able to open a new request.

Yes. We automatically sign the Intellectual Property Rights over to you.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Our customers’ satisfaction is key for us and we’ll do everything we can to satisfy your needs and requests. We offer unlimited revisions and you can cancel at any time, but we don’t offer any refunds for active billing cycles.

Yes. You can get in touch with your account manager and pause your subscription at any time.

We’ll create a Slack Connect channel and you’ll have a dedicated project manager to submit requests and revisions.
