I’m an executive at a fintech company, and we focus on building mobile apps.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pixels and Sense?

We needed to design a website and a mobile app as fast and professionally as possible.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pixels and Sense provides complete and effective UI/UX design for us using Figma. They also deliver good wireframes for the design assets, respond to our change of scopes and questions, and also adapt to our tight timelines and budgets.

What is the team composition?

We’ve been working with around three people from their team, including Tim (Founder).

How did you come to work with Pixels and Sense?

We found them on Upwork. Tim was generous with his time during the discovery phase, and I chose them because it seemed like he was taking his time to understand our business and its needs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve been responsive, professional, and effective throughout the partnership — we’re impressed with their work, and they’ve done exactly what we need.

How did Pixels and Sense perform from a project management standpoint?

Their timekeeping has been excellent, and their approach to meeting deadlines has been superb. They gave us a detailed chart at the beginning of what they’d deliver, and their team has stuck to it. In terms of communication, we have weekly calls and chat via Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their professionalism as designers and their systematic approach are what stand out the most about their work. These guys are a machine for producing great designs with a disciplined orientation.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.
