Yes. We aim to provide our customers with a flexible alternative solution to hiring an agency or an in-house designer, so you can cancel your service subscription at any time. Cancellations will be automatically set for the end of your billing cycle.
Yes. All our packages include an unlimited number of revisions.
No. There are no limits on the number of designs you can receive per month, but each monthly package includes a limited number of active design requests (e.g 1,2, and 3). Once an active design request has been closed, you can open a new request.
The completion and delivery time of an active design request depends on the number of revisions required. The initial design deliverable takes 1-2 days to complete.
A request will be considered “active” as long as a designer is working on it. Once a design request has been submitted, it’ll be marked as “active/open”. After the initial deliverable, you’ll have the option to submit unlimited revision requests until you’re fully satisfied with the end design. As long as you’re happy with the design, it will then be marked as “closed”.
Yes. We provide express, same-day delivery with our Plus plan.
We use Figma in our design process and export assets in PNG, JPG or PDF. The source file is also included in the delivery.
Yes. We automatically sign the Intellectual Property Rights over to you.
We’ll keep working on it until you’re 100% satisfied. You can submit unlimited revision requests.
No. Our customers’ satisfaction is key for us and we’ll do everything we can to satisfy your needs and requests. We offer unlimited revisions and you can cancel at any time, but we don’t offer any refunds for active billing cycles.
